METHOD FOR CHECKING LAND SUITABILITY ASSESSMENT THEMATIC MAP BASED ON SEQUENTIAL CADASTRAL MAP URBAN PLANNING INFORMATION AND MATERIAL OF LAND CHARACTERISTICS

A method for checking a land suitability assessment thematic map based on a continuous cadastral map, urban planning information and land feature data includes the steps of: enabling a land suitability assessment thematic map check server to load the continuous cadastral map and the land feature data; enabling the land suitability assessment thematic map check server to check whether there is a second use district which cannot exist in a first use district included in the continuous cadastral map; enabling the land suitability assessment thematic map check server to check whether there is the second use district which cannot exist in the first use district included in the land feature data; enabling the land suitability assessment thematic map check server to check whether an attribute for the first use district included in the continuous cadastral map is identical to an attribute for the first use district included in the land feature data; and enabling the land suitability assessment thematic map check server to perform a check by comparing an area of the first use district included in the continuous cadastral map with an area of the second use district included in the land feature data. Accordingly, the present invention can perform an accurate check and reduce a check time.
