The useful model refers to medicine for the division of neurology and neuropsychology and can find application in neuro-rehabilitation departments of neurological and neurosurgical clinics when forming tasks for conducting classes on restoring graphic elements of writing in patients with a neurological clinic with organic lesions of the brain of various etiologies. A device-simulator for forming tasks in the course of lessons on restoration of graphic writing skills in patients with a neurological clinic, containing a rectangular body made of plastic, in the form of a box with dimensions of 220-240 × 310-340 mm and a height of 20-30 mm, The space of the shell is divided by partitions 1-3 mm thick by 8-12 cells of the same size. On the bottom of each of the cells is fixed 2-5 LEDs, to the side of the left side of the housing is rigidly attached control panel, in which the power switch of the device is mounted, the brightness control of the LED backlight, and the LEDs of each of the cells. At the front of the case, along the perimeter of the cells, a depression is made, the dimensions of which are equal to the size of the printed sheet of A4 paper and are 210 × 297 mm, and the depth is 4-6 mm. In the recess, on the front part of the body, by means of a screw connection, a matt plate is rigidly fixed, the size and thickness of which are the same as the size and depth of the recess; on the upper part of the matte plate is placed a unit intended for fastening a printed and clean sheet of paper, consisting of a metal rod built into the body 10-20 mm in height and 6-10 mm in diameter with an external thread applied to it and on which a metal plate with a thickness of 3-5 mm is movably mounted and a handle-nut with an outside diameter screwed onto the external thread 25-40 mm. At the end parts of the clamping bar, round rods with a diameter of 5-8 mm and a height of 10-15 mm are rigidly fixed, which enter the holes in the body of the device, fixing the clamping bar in the desired position relative to the device body. In this case, spring elements are placed inside the holes, acting from below on the round bars, ensuring the lifting of the clamping bar when the handle-nut is unscrewed. Inside the control panel there is a battery, which is electrically connected via a switch and brightness control to the control unit located inside the control panel, electrically connected to the switches and groups of LEDs of each cell. The useful model provides high efficiency of forming tasks for restoration of graphic skills of writing patients of a neurological clinic due to the design features of the proposed device-simulator.
