The novelty of the proposed technical device is that it is made of a modular frame-and-fabric construction made on innovative technology from a pultruded glass-fiber composite material in the form of racks with standardized couplings and supporting tips, arched overlapping frames with pins and spacers, as well as top protective cover and lower cloths of coolness from synthetic waterproof polyamide fabric with eyelets. It was established by the calculations that the proposed structure for observing the commander of the unit according to the main evaluation criterion "application efficiency-cost and realizability" has indicators about 1.5-2 times higher than the known analogues.
