The utility model refers to medicine for the division of neurology and neuropsychology and can find application in neuro-rehabilitation departments of neurological and neurosurgical clinics during group sessions on restoring hand movements and visual-spatial memory in patients with a neurological clinic with organic brain lesions of various etiologies.;The utility model comprises a base (1) of regular octagonal shape made of plastic, the size between the opposite sides of which is from 450 to 600 mm, a thickness of 6-8 mm, and on the perimeter of the base (1), beads (2a) are made, while on the face of the base (1), in each of the corners 8 identical cylindrical projections (3) with external threads are made, designed to wind metal caps on them (6); and in the central part of the base (1), a regular octagonal cavity is formed by means of the collars (2b), above the lower half of which is fixed a transparent plastic plate (4) 1-2 mm thick, forming a pocket in the cavity, cards (7).;The useful model allows us to conduct classes with patients of the neurological clinic, aimed at the simultaneous restoration of two processes: a) movements of the hand brush by implementing rotational movements of the brush when twisting and unscrewing the lid-chips; b) visual-spatial memory by memorizing the spatial arrangement of colored circles with further reproduction of their location by means of lid-counters and a convenient check of the correctness of the task. The proposed useful model introduces an element of novelty into the process of rehabilitation sessions with patients, turning them into an interesting and attractive psychological training for patients.
