The area of ??each hole in the screen is smaller than the area of ??the mesh hole. In the presented device, the area of ??the mesh hole is much smaller than the total area of ??the holes of the screen of the grid unit, while in the classical thyratron the total area of ??the grid holes is practically commensurate with the area of ??the hole in the screen.
