摘要
The utility model refers to medical technology, namely, to teaching aids in otorhinolaryngology, and is designed to master and improve manual skills in working with medical instruments that are necessary for performing basic surgical techniques when performing operations on the septum of the nose. Improving the quality of education by increasing the reliability of the reproduction of the anatomical structure of the nose, taking into account the presence of the septum of the nose and expanding the functionality of practicing surgical skills in students and surgeons is achieved by the fact that in the simulator for mastering manual skills in rhinosurgery containing a tripod on which a detachable nose the possibility of changing its position in space, the inner part of the nose model being configured to insert into it a tool for rhinosurgery, and also contains inside it a replaceable element imitating the structure of the nasal cavity, the model of the nose includes the model of the external nose mounted on the model of the nose carcass, inside of which is fixed a removable model of the septum of the nose containing the skeleton imitating the cartilage of the septum of the nose, covered on both sides with a layer of polymer material simulating mucoperichondria of the septum of the nose. Preferably, the outer nose model is made of an elastic material, and the nose carcass model has the shape of a truncated cone turned by a smaller base toward the insertion of a tool for rhinosurgery. imitating the cartilage of the septum of the nose, covered on both sides with a layer of polymer material, simulating mucoperichondria of the septum of the nose.
