FIELD: blasting.;SUBSTANCE: safe emulsion or water gel cartridge comprises a flexible tubular shell of polymeric material with sealed ends, inside which an emulsion or water gel explosive is placed which is a mechanical mixture of emulsion or water gel with compacted polymeric microparticles. At that a depression of elongated shape intended for placement of the detonator cap is formed from one sealed end in the body of the tubular shell by pressing the end part of the tubular shell inside this shell. The cartridge is provided with an inert additive in the form of compacted polymeric microparticles increasing its volume when heating, preliminarily introduced into cooled emulsion or water gel to temperature below temperature of beginning of expansion of compacted polymeric microparticles.
