FIELD: transportation.;SUBSTANCE: automated system for controlling loading device for stand tests of automotive power plants is proposed, in which a wheel simulation device comprises a drive model unit which connects the shaft of the tested power unit of the power plant with the wheels in a real car and an integrating link whose time constant is equal to the inertia moment of the simulated wheel and the gain is equal to the radius of the simulated wheel. The first output signal of the bus model unit is the sum of its longitudinal reaction and rolling resistance force. The second signal is the vector of its tangential reaction. The output signal of the car model unit is the vector of the tire slip components and its normal reaction.;EFFECT: improved simulation accuracy of the power plant load modes.;3 cl, 5 dwg
