FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: system for plasma and/or serum separation from the blood contains: a filter with a possibility of blood plasma or serum separation from some amount of blood, the filter has an input side and an output side; a channel, with an ability to collect the separated blood plasma or serum on the filter output side; a port for analysis, located in the channel, with a possibility of retaining of a certain volume of plasma or serum during the plasma or serum analysis; and a source of pressure, with a possibility of communication with the channel so that at least a part of the blood plasma or serum on the filter output side is directed to the port for analysis. The port for analysis is further configured to provide an optical path for passage of radiation through plasma or serum during plasma or serum analysis.
