FIELD: transportation.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport and, in particular, to a high-speed railway car. High-speed rail car, protected from wind and sand, contains body (1) of the car, cart (2), equipment compartment (3), pantograph and air conditioning unit (4) at the top. Connections between bulwark, bottom panel, carcass of the compartment (3) for the equipment and body (1) of the car are hermetic. Outer surfaces of body (1) of the car, trolley (2), equipment compartment (3) and pantograph are covered with a windproof and sand-protective coating. Many groups of inkjet devices are installed on cart (2). Jet devices are connected to a source of air supply through the air supply line and are used to inject compressed air into the brake system and/or rails in front of the wheels.;EFFECT: invention improves the sand and wind protection characteristics of each railcar section of the train.;10 cl, 8 dwg
