FIELD: food industry.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for preserving food products and can be used in the process of domestic salting of mushrooms in glass jars. Device contains a jar 1 with a mug 2 and a load. Circle 1 is made cylindrical and with a threaded hole 4 along the axis, into which the threaded rod at the end 5 is screwed. To the mug 4, evenly around the circumference of the hinge, by means of the axes 6 with countersunk heads, are attached at one end of the petal 7 with the possibility of sliding apart. Each petal with the other free end is made with an overlap on the adjacent one. Load is made in the form of a cylindrical load 8 with a threaded hole 9 along the axis into which the rod 5 is screwed. Load can be made in the form of a spring 11, with one end resting on the circle 4, and the other – in the lid 2 of the can 1.
