FIELD: machine building.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power engineering. Two-cylinder power module comprises a heat exchanger, a control system, pistons, anchors, a coil and a stator magnet of the linear power generator, inlet and outlet back-flow valves, a pneumatic accumulator and a pneumatic accumulator valve. Thermal energy is supplied to the heat exchanger and heats the air in its internal cavity. Control system monitors the temperature of the working medium in the heat exchanger. At a time when the air temperature in the heat exchanger reaches a value that ensures the speed of the pistons and anchors of the linear power generator connected to the pistons, at which an electric power impulse, close to the resonance frequency of the contour in the anchors, stator magnet and linear power generator coil, is generated in the linear power generator coil and opens the inlet valves. Air from the heat exchanger through the inlet valves enters the working cavities of the power module pistons. On exposure to the air, the pistons begin to move apart from one extreme point to the opposite extreme points of motion. Air from the compressor cavities of the pistons of the power module charges the pneumatic accumulator. Magnetic flow of the contour is closed by the anchors and the stator magnet. As a result, an electric power impulse is generated in the coil. At a time when the pistons arrive to the extreme points of moving apart, the control system closes the inlet valves and opens the outlet valves.
