FIELD: aircraft engineering.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of aviation technology and can be used in the design of high-speed helicopters. High-speed helicopter-amphibious aircraft (HSHAA) is made on a two-rotor coaxial scheme, has a power unit (PU), transmitting torque to rotors and rear rotors, respectively mounted above the center of mass and at the end of the tail boom behind the tail assembly. Twin coaxial rotor system (TCRS) includes single-bladed rotors (SBR) with shaped counterweights, that ensure the creation of vertical thrust only when the VTOL or STOL is executed. Two-rotor propulsive system (TRPS) has pusher propellers at the ends of nacelles, mounted on the V-tail tips to create a thrust with a high-speed horizontal flight and fixed two wing blades of the upper and lower rotors located above the engine bay of the fuselage.
