“IK-4” STRAIN OF THE VIRUS OF INFECTIOUS ANEMIA OF CHICKENS

FIELD: veterinary.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to veterinary virology and relates to a strain of the virus of infectious anemia of chickens. Presented strain “IK-4” is isolated from the parenchymal organs of patients with anemia of broiler chickens. It relates to family Circoviridae, genus Gyrovirus. Stable manifests a pronounced cytopathogenic effect in cell culture for 2–3 days at 39.5 °C, accumulates up to 5.5–6.0 lgTTsD_50/cm³. Has a pronounced antigenic activity and is deposited in the State Collection of Viruses of the Research Institute of Virology by D. I. Ivanovsky under the number 2844.;EFFECT: strain is harmless for repairing young birds and is suitable for manufacturing of vaccines.;1 cl, 1 tbl, 4 ex
