FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the surgical table fastening unit for the undergoing X-ray examination patient locating device fixation. Fastening unit includes main part, which has socket of the device to be fixed on the device fastening unit connector location, retainer fixed on the main part with possibility of moving relative to it, which is in the locked position prevents the connector removal from the socket, and in the unlocked position, allows to remove the connector from the socket, elastic element, which provides the retainer in the locked position pre-tensioning, control member for the retainer manual movement from the locked to the unlocked position and locking mechanism to hold the retainer in the unlocked position. Locking mechanism holds the retainer when the connector is in the socket and the retainer was moved to the unlocked position by the control member, at least until in the unlocked position, until the connector is removed from the socket, or the control member is re-activated.;EFFECT: invention is aimed at the fastening reliability improvement.;22 cl, 17 dwg
