Quadrature amplitude modulation (QAM) signal reconstruction method includes the QAM signal reception by the demultiplexer, wherein the QAM signal comprises k modulation schemes, the QAM signal decompression into k branches, where each of the k branches includes corresponding equalizer, at that, the equalizers operate in parallel, having the QAM modulation schemes lowest order branch passing, through the first equalizer for the polarization modes dispersion restoration and polarization tracking, and compensation, branch updating algorithm updating using the determined by the first equalizer recovery parameter, and polarization modes dispersion restoration and polarization tracking, and compensation for all other branches by the other k-1 equalizers using the produced recovery parameter.;EFFECT: adaptive transmission at a constant rate using the time-domain hybrid modulation can improve the spectral efficiency.;18 cl, 5 dwg
