FIELD: transport traffic control systems.;SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the regulation of road transport. Group of inventions for video recording of violations of traffic rules at the road crossing works as follows. Recognizing and survey-recognizing video cameras transmit digital video stream to the electronic computing device with the pre-installed control program via the wired data transfer device. Electronic computing device determines the violation and sends photos and/or still pictures of the processed video materials to the remote information processing center using the wireless information transfer device, and the definition of violation of traffic rules is made by recognizing the state registration plate of a vehicle inside the zones (VRP of the vehicle) with the detection of their location inside the logical zones on the image from the video cameras at certain points in time. Logical zone A is formed in such a way that it receives VRP of the vehicles that have not crossed the stop line, zone B – that it receives the VRP of the vehicles, crossing the stop line, and zone C – that it receives the VRP of the vehicles that are left the road crossing zone.;EFFECT: increased efficiency and probability of correct recognition of the VRP of the vehicle, improved reliability of the video coding system for traffic violations at the crossroads, and expanded climatic (geographical) range of use are provided.;9 cl, 4 dwg
