A vehicle (10) comprising: a main lighting control sensor (75) that generates an output in response to a detected predetermined vehicle condition; a body (15) having a surface; a lamp housing (16) relative to the surface an outer lens (18) connected to the luminaire housing (16), wherein the outer lens (18) and the luminaire housing (16) together define a cavity (25); a main illumination assembly formed in the cavity (25 ) and is in communication with the main illumination control sensor (75), the main illumination arrangement being adapted to light up in response to the output signal from the main illumination control sensor (75); andan accent lighting assembly positioned between the outer lens (18) and the main lighting assembly in the cavity (25), and comprising: a plurality of clear-transparent sheets (20) of printed circuit board material disposed in a stack (21) each of the clear-transparent plates (20) comprises a main surface (29) and a plurality of light-emitting diodes (LEDs) (22) arranged in a plurality of rows and columns on the main surface (29), and wherein the plates (20) stacked such that the major surfaces (29) of the plates (20) are spaced apart from each other and parallel to one another; a plurality of wire assemblies (60) each electrically connected to the LEDs (22) on a respective one of the clear ones; transparent plates (20) is connected; and a control board (40) in communication with the LEDs (22) in the stack (21), the control board (40) being adapted to receive an activation signal from a device (50) and programmed in such a manner in that in response to the received activation signal, it selectively and individually energizes each of the LEDs (22) in the stack (21), thereby controlling the illumination of the LEDs (22) in accordance with a calibrated LED lighting sequence.
