The present invention relates to an injection molding process for packaging or means of production, the components produced and their use, in particular on the basis of highly flowable plastics and in particular based on polypropylene (pp). The particularly novel and advantageous combination of the thin wall injection molding, injection molding with the cascades casting to a new injection molding technique permits very thin component thicknesses with sharp contours in the case of large-area packaging or means, such as, for example, shown in fig. 1. In contrast to the known methods for the production of parts of this kind enables the thin wall - cascades - injection molding shorter cycle times, a significant reduction in the maximum required closing force of the injection moulding machine, more cost-effective components and to an energy - as well as resources more efficient fabrication. This allows a plurality of applications, such as, for example, work piece carriers (tray), one-time parts, support, intermediate layers or sales packages.n="23"
