Device for propelling a tracking means as soon as a man falls into the sea of a ship including a pleasure boat. The invention relates to a device allowing, in a very short time, to mark the location of the fall of a man overboard. It consists of a static plate (1) fixed for example on the balcony AR of the ships by means of adjustable hooks (2). On said static plate (1) is articulated an ejector tube (13) held in contact with the static plate (1) by a hook (21) which locks on a control rod (4) actuated by a button-coup de fist (3) or by a wifi type control (14) actuating an electromagnet (7). The ejector tube (13) once released from the static support (1) pivots about its axis (12) to release the locating pole IOR. The device according to the invention is particularly intended to shorten the reaction time and launching a locating means of a man fallen overboard.
