The present invention relates to a cooling device applied to cameras requiring integrated Stirling cooling and in particular used in the field of monitoring or industrial control. To this end, the invention proposes a device for managing the temperature of a Stirling engine (21) adapted to an infrared quantum detector. The device comprises: a thermoelectric cooler 30 in contact with the surface of a first portion of the Stirling engine 21 and a heat sink (22) in contact with the thermoelectric cooler (30). This device makes it possible in particular to increase the life of the Stirling engine used in this context.
