PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an infrared ray temperature sensor capable of easily performing correction work of a change of an output characteristic with a simple configuration, a device using the infrared ray temperature sensor, and a method for manufacturing the infrared ray temperature sensor.;SOLUTION: An infrared ray temperature sensor 1 comprises: a case 1 including a light guide unit 23 which has an opening 23a and guides an infrared ray and a shield unit 24 which has a shield wall 24a and shields an infrared ray; a film 3 which is disposed so as to be opposed to the light guide unit 23 and the shield unit 24 and absorbs an infrared ray reaching through the light guide unit 23; a thermal element 4 for infrared ray detection which is provided on the film 3 and is disposed at a position corresponding to the light guide unit 23; a thermal element 5 for temperature compensation which is provided on the film 3 and is disposed at a position corresponding to the shield unit 24; and a visual field area enlargement unit Ve which is formed so that a visual field is enlarged or a visual field area decrease unit Vd which is formed so that the visual field area is decreased.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
