This rolling machine (1) comprises: an upper roller (20) which is rotatably mounted on a frame (10); two lower rollers (31, 32), which are each rotatably mounted on the frame (10) and whose central axes are substantially parallel to the central axis of the upper roll and are arranged both below and on the side and else of the central axis of the upper roll; drive means for rotating each of the upper and lower rollers; moving means (50) for vertically moving the upper roll relative to the lower rolls; and a folding device (70) for folding the edge of the sheets. In order to easily and quickly operate the bending of the edges of the sheets to be rolled by this machine, including for thick sheets, the folding device is integrated in the rolling machine so that actuators belonging to the folding device control the passage of the folding device between a service configuration, in which the folding device is adapted to, under the action of the displacement means, fold a sheet edge placed directly above the top roll, and a retracted configuration, wherein the folding device is erased from the upper and lower rollers so that a sheet can be rolled between them.
