In the present invention, for obtaining tooth  and Edentulous Cases, have: (1) one rear side curved plate (1a) of main body which be located at the cheek side upper jaw and lower jaw residual alveolar ridge in the oral cavity with Edentulous Cases, which is located at the upper lower lip on the outside of mouth to front side curved plate (1b), joining section (1c) be used for engage corresponding vertically intermediate portion rear side curved plate (1a) and above-mentioned front curved plate (1b), through-hole (1d) is formed across rear side curved plate (1a), front side curved plate (1b), with joining section (1c), main body is positioning and fixes, in this state, each upper and lower flange keeps joining section (1c); Through-hole (1d) and a tongue support section (2a) are inserted into adjustment axis (2), one end protrudes outwards on the outside of mouth from intermediate space between the upper and lower lip, and its other end keeps the tip of the tongue in oral cavity, the adjustment axis (2) is to inhibit the movement of tongue for adjusting the position support section (2a) of flap, when tooth  is being obtained.
