The present invention relates to a fitting arrangement for a lifting-sliding element, which is displaceable along a guide rail and can be transferred from a lowered position in which the lifting-sliding element is immovable, in a raised position in which the lifting-sliding element is displaceable. The fitting arrangement comprises a lifting device for lowering and raising the lifting-sliding element, which comprises an actuating lever, at least one lifting element and a transmission gear with at least one drive rod, via which the at least one lifting element is drivingly coupled to the actuating lever. The fitting assembly further includes a gas spring which is drivingly coupled to the lifting device such that it counteracts the gas spring both during lowering and while lifting the lifting-pushing member of the weight of the lifting-pushing member.
