The present invention relates to a transmission device for motor vehicles, including a motorized vehicle with at least two wheels, comprising a motor shaft carrying at least two driving gears whose connection with said shaft is controlled by a coupling, a receiving shaft bearing at least at least two toothed wheels driven with a connection with said shaft controlled by a coupling and an intermediate motion transmission shaft carrying fixed gear wheels cooperating with the toothed wheels of the motor shaft and the output shaft. The device comprises transmission means between the intermediate shaft and the receiving shaft and a controlled-control coupling carried by the receiving shaft and controlling the connection of this receiving shaft with the transmission means.
