To provide an antibody high-throughput detection method for providing information useful to the diagnosis of diseases including multiple sclerosis, an optic neuromyelitis spectrum disease, and an anti-MOG antibody-related disease/MOG antibody disease.SOLUTION: A plurality of antibodies, such as an anti-AQP4 antibody and an anti-MOG antibody can simultaneously be detected by using a plurality of fluorescent labels and flow cytometry in a CBA method. Antibodies contained in a specimen are simply, efficiently and inexpensively detected with a high throughput with high sensitivity by using the flow cytometry based on the CBA method. Also, detection sensitivity is greatly improved by using living cells to maintain an accurate antigen protein three-dimensional stereoscopic configuration. Further, a plurality of kinds of antibodies can simultaneously detected with one time measurement, and enormous data having quantitativity can be acquired with one time measurement.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
