To provide a cool storage/heat storage sheet capable of improving cool storage/heat storage efficiency by comprising a sheet formed by mixing a micro capsule and a heat conductive material with a thermoplastic resin, and a heat conductive sheet on one surface of the sheet.SOLUTION: A sheet comprises a sheet body 15 formed by mixing a micro capsule 11 including a cool storage/heat storage material capable of storing cool and heat depending on state change and aluminum nitride 12 as a heat conductive material higher in heat conductivity than that of the micro capsule 11 with a thermoplastic resin as a main material, and a conductive sheet 16 arranged on one surface of the sheet body 15 and having higher heat conductivity than that of the micro capsule 11 and the aluminum nitride 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
