PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat storage system which is so arranged as to perform the transfer of heat to a heat storage agent, by using an inexpensive heat transfer medium to a heat storage panel, and arranging this panel in the heat insulation space of a storage cabinet or the like. SOLUTION: In a heat storage system composed of heat storage panels 10 (10-1-10-3), which have casings 11 having accommodated heat storage agents 12, heat transfer pipes 13 and 14 provided in contact with the heat storage agents 12 and serving as the passages for heat transmission medium, and connection means 15 attached to the ends of the heat conductive pipes and connecting those heat transfer pipes to the heat storage pipes of other panels, and a heat supply source 20, the panels 10 are connected to the heat supply source 20 through the connection means 15, and the heat transmission media are passed through the heat transfer pipes 13 and 14, whereby the regenerative agents reserve heat.
