To provide a customer group extraction device, a customer group extraction method, and a program that reflect company attributes.SOLUTION: A customer group extraction device includes: a customer identification information acquisition unit that acquires customer identification information; a customer group creation unit that creates, based on a similarity between company attribute information of a customer indicated by the customer identification information and company attribute information of each of a plurality of customers stored in advance, the plurality of customer groups; a product group creation unit that creates, based on purchase history information of each customer of the customer groups, a product group including at least a product purchased by a customer in the customer group for each of the customer groups; and a customer group extraction unit that specifies a product group showing statistical information that matches a desired statistical information condition from among statistical information of products included in the product group, and extracts the customer group used to generate the product group.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
