PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support specifying of a customer who may purchase a specific commodity at a specific period.;SOLUTION: Based on a period when a first commodity is purchased, which is memorized in association with each of a plurality of pieces of customer identification information and a required period until the first commodity is consumed, a customer extraction program calculates a predicted value of the period when the first commodity is to be purchased, for each of the pieces of customer identification information.
