To provide an association system and an association program capable of appropriately associating a display device in a display device image with an association object in map information.SOLUTION: An association system includes a photographing unit 12 for photographing a display device image, which is an image including a parking lot signboard displaying states of parking lots around a vehicle, and an association unit 181 for associating the parking lot signboard in the display device image with a parking lot whose state is being displayed by the parking lot in map information on the basis of the display device image photographed by the photographing unit 12 and a direction of travel of the vehicle. The association unit 181 associates the parking lot signboard in the display device image with a parking lot on one side or a parking lot on the other side across a road on which the vehicle is traveling on the basis of the position of the parking lot signboard in the display device image. It also associates the parking lot signboard in the display device image with a parking lot on a front side or a parking lot on a near side in the direction of travel of the vehicle on the basis of the size of the parking lot signboard in the display device image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
