At the left side of a first holding groove 135 is arranged, a second holding groove 103 is positioned in the case to correspond thereto vertically. A first regulation valve 104 is connected to a transfusion pipe 105 and installed there. In the second holding groove is fixedly installed a fixed pipe 102. A pressing block 106 is installed in a sliding groove in a non-fixation manner, and at a right end face of the pressing block is fixedly arranged a first welding shaft 110. The first joint shaft is extended in a non-fixation manner to the first holding groove through a right end wall of the second holding groove. On an outer surface of a left end wall of the first holding groove is fixedly arranged a buffer block 108 to correspond thereto vertically. In the buffer block is fixedly arranged a third holding groove 116 pointing to the right. The first joint shaft is extended through the third holding groove in a non-fixation manner, and on an external surface of the first joint shaft is fixedly installed a fixed block 109 to correspond thereto vertically.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
