To provide a walking evaluation device, etc. for accurately evaluating abnormal walking in walking training for a paralytic with a paralyzed leg.SOLUTION: A walking evaluation device for evaluating walking for training of a paralytic with a paralyzed leg includes: an acquisition part for acquiring a plurality of amounts of motions accompanying walking motions of a paralyzed body part including an affected leg, which is a paralyzed leg; and an evaluation part for evaluating that a walking motion is abnormal walking when at least one of the plurality of amounts of motions acquired by the acquisition part matches any one of a plurality of predetermined abnormal walking criteria. The plurality of abnormal walking criteria at least include two or more criteria on the amounts of motions of sites that differ from each other of the paralyzed body part, or include two or more criteria on the amounts of motions in directions that differ from each other of the same site of the paralyzed body part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
