To provide a system for commodity order acceptance and delivery and a method for commodity order acceptance and delivery, which enable a customer in a specific area to order his or her favorite commodity to a vendor via an information terminal device not to put an extra burden on the customer and the vendor.SOLUTION: A plurality of customers 103 access a local server 109 from information terminal devices 107 and enter types of lunch which they want to order to a home-delivery lunch vendor 106, in an individual order sheet 110 and save it. A processor unit of the local server 109 reads the individual order sheet 110 at a predefined time to create an order aggregate sheet 111 which an employee of the home-delivery lunch vendor 106 can read to easily prepare lunches 105 (output of the order aggregate data). The order aggregate sheet 111 is transmitted to the home-delivery lunch vendor 106 via a wide area network 112. The employee of the home-delivery lunch vendor 106 prepares ordered lunches 105 in accordance with the order aggregate sheet 111 and uses a delivery truck 114 to deliver them to a workspace 104.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
