To improve detection accuracy of a pacemaker pulse.SOLUTION: An acquisition circuit 10a1 acquires an electro-cardio waveform 15 with a pulse signal of a pacemaker superposed thereon. A detection circuit 10a2 performs filtering to the electro-cardio waveform 15 by the cutoff frequency fc determined based on a control signal. A control circuit 10a3 detects the generation start timing of the QRS wave for multiple times from the electro-cardio waveform 15 acquired by the acquisition circuit 10a1, and detects the QRS width. The predictive generation start timing of the QRS wave is determined, based on the generation start timing of the QRS wave detected several times. A control signal for indicating to increase a period and the cutoff frequency fc based on the QRS width from a first value to a second value is supplied to the detection circuit 10a2 from the predictive generation start timing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
