摘要
The heart pacemaker has one electrode in the heart chamber and one in the ante-chamber. The chamber electrode emits stimulation pulses after a predetermined time beginning with a preceding ante-chamber action detected by the ante-chamber electrode. The ante-chamber electrode emits stimulation pulses after a predetermined time starting with a preceding chamber action detected by the chamber electrode. Emission of stimulation pulses can be suppressed on the occurrence of spontaneous ones. Onward transmission of pulses can be suppressed immediately after spontaneous or induced contraction of the heart, and in particular up to 400 ms after the ante-chamber pulse, and up to 300 ms after the chamber pulse.
