To provide an Ambisonics signal generating device, a sound field reproducing device, and an Ambisonics signal generating method, capable of generating an appropriate Ambisonics signal even when applied to a scale model experiment.SOLUTION: An Ambisonics signal generating device 20 includes: a single microphone 22 for collecting sound in a predetermined target frequency band; a moving unit 24 for moving the microphone 22 to each of a plurality of positions separated by a distance d determined according to a value less than a half wavelength of sound having an upper limit frequency in the target frequency band; and an Ambisonics signal generating unit 28 for generating an Ambisonics signal on the basis of a signal of sound collected by the microphone 22 at each of the plurality of positions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
