PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body temperature maintenance guiding device, a body temperature maintenance guiding method, and a body temperature maintenance guiding program capable of guiding a user to maintain a body temperature so as to promote HSP increase.;SOLUTION: A body temperature maintenance guiding device 1 comprises a body temperature acquisition part 21, a temperature determination part 22, and a notification processing part 23. The body temperature acquisition part 21 acquires a human body temperature. The temperature determination part 22 determines whether the body temperature acquired by the body temperature acquisition part 21 is not lower than a first temperature.
