To provide a human-powered vehicular control device which can extend a period, during which a first component can be used, as much as possible, and a human-powered vehicular control system.SOLUTION: A human-powered vehicular control device includes a control part which controls consumption power of at least one among plural human-powered vehicular components to which electric power is supplied from a common battery. The plural human-powered vehicular components includes a first component and a second component. A first threshold concerning a residual quantity of the battery is set based on information concerning the second component, and when the residual quantity of the battery becomes the first threshold, consumption power of the first component is reduced so that the second component can operated during a prescribed time or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
