To provide a human-powered vehicular control device which can perform suitable motor control.SOLUTION: A human-powered vehicular control device includes a control part controls a motor, which assists propulsion of a human-powered vehicle according to human driving force which is inputted to the human-powered vehicle. When a travel resistance of the human-powered vehicle is changed, the control part changes a ratio of power of the motor to power of said human driving force, and so controls the motor that an amount of change in the travel resistance and an amount of change in power of the motor are different from each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
