PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prediction technology capable of predicting a driver's future driving disabled condition on a sign stage on which a driver has not yet fallen into a driving disabled condition.;SOLUTION: A driving disabled condition prediction device includes an acquisition unit, a detection unit, and a condition prediction unit. The acquisition unit acquires a footage image taken by a camera that images the inside of a vehicle compartment of a self-vehicle. The detection unit detects a driver's current posture on the basis of the footage image.
