PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a room charge setting device, a room charge setting method, and a program that automatically set an appropriate room charge corresponding to various conditions.;SOLUTION: An accommodation charge setting device for setting an appropriate accommodation charge in an accommodation facility includes: an index calculation unit that estimates a supply index indicating a daily supply of the accommodation facility in a predetermined period, and a demand index indicating a daily demand of the accommodation facility; a base price setting unit that sets a base price of the accommodation charge based on ratio of the supply index and the demand index on a first date in future; and an accommodation charge setting unit that sets an accommodation charge on the first date in the future by causing a machine learning model to verify the set base price.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
