To facilitate use of EV car sharing among users with advantages to transition to the EV car sharing given.SOLUTION: When users having used gasoline vehicles transition to EV car sharing, if the user wants an application of a transition discount serving a discount accompanied by the transition to the EV car sharing, a charge setting device of a car sharing charge is configured to: request an input of a purchase price of a past gasoline purchase price (S120); register the input gasoline purchase price (S130); select a first discount when the gasoline purchase price is equal to or more than a prescribed amount (S150); set a basic charge (S170); select a second discount when the gasoline purchase price is less than the prescribed amount (S160); and set a basic charge (S170).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
