The flying object further includes a map creating unit that creates a growth degree map of a crop in an agricultural field on the basis of a result of the measurement performed by the growth degree measurement unit. In addition, the agricultural work support system transmits the result of the measurement performed by the growth degree measurement unit to a management center, and creates a growth degree map of a crop in an agricultural field at the management center. The agricultural work support system includes a fertilizer application unit that applies a larger amount of fertilizers for an area where the growth degree is lower, on the basis of the growth degree map.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
