PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drone monitoring system capable of detecting a drone more securely than the prior arts, and a drone monitoring method.;SOLUTION: A drone monitoring system 10 makes multiple authorized drones 90 of which the flight is authorized, fly within an area R1 to be monitored in order to detect a suspicious drone 95 in the area R1 to be detected, and the suspicious drone 95 is detected by suspicious object detection devices 21 which are mounted in the authorized drones 90. Therefore, the drone monitoring system 10 comprises multiple radio base stations 11 capable of radio communication with drone radio terminals 20 which are mounted in the authorized drones 90, while distributing and disposing them in a drone communication area R2 including the area R1 to be monitored.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
