To predict performance of human resources.SOLUTION: A prediction device comprises an acquisition unit and a prediction unit. The acquisition unit acquires characteristic information indicating a characteristic of a first human resource and achievement information about achievement of the first human resource, which are obtained in the process of recruiting the first human resource. The prediction unit predicts achievement of a second human resource related to the characteristic on the basis of the characteristic information and the achievement information acquired by the acquisition unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
