To supply a fuel cell with air accurately and quickly at a desired rate and a desired pressure.SOLUTION: A system 101101 including a compressor 204 for supplying gas at a certain compressor flow rate, and a fuel cell stack 208 for receiving the gas, also includes a memory for storing a compressor flow rate map corresponding to the desired progress shape of the compressor flow rate from start compressor flow rate to a target compressor flow rate in certain period. The system 101 also includes an ECU for determining or receiving a control signal corresponding to the final target compressor flow rate, and determining the start compressor flow rate. The ECU also determines an intermediate target compressor flow rate by using the compressor flow rate map, on the basis of the time after determining or receiving the final target compressor flow rate, the start compressor flow rate and the control signal, and controls the compressor 204 on the basis of the intermediate target compressor flow rate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
