To provide an ophthalmological laser apparatus for applying laser light to a patient's eye in an appropriate state according to types of treatment, and interface.SOLUTION: The ophthalmological laser apparatus includes a laser light source, an objective lens 20, an interface 50, an interface mounting part 60, and a control unit. The laser light source exits laser light. The objective lens 20 concentrates the laser light exited from the laser light source. The interface 50 is disposed between the objective lens 20 and a patient's eye E and holds an interface lense 55 at a position spaced from the patient's eye E. The interface mounting part 60 is mounted with the interface 50. The control unit receives a selective instruction of a plurality of application modes and changes over between the application modes in response to an instruction. The interface mounting part 60 is mounted with a plurality of types of interfaces 50 respectively designed according to the plurality of application modes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
