To provide a deglutition sound determination device and a deglutition sound determination method capable of accurately determining whether or not a throat sound is a deglutition sound.SOLUTION: A deglutition sound determination device 10 determines whether or not a throat sound generated on a throat part T of an object person P is a deglutition sound by deglutition of the object person P. The deglutition sound determination device 10 comprises: a first signal acquisition part 11 for acquiring a collected throat sound on a first portion on a neck N of the object person P, as a first acoustic signal; a second signal acquisition part 12 for acquiring a collected throat sound on a second portion on the neck N of the object person P, as a second acoustic signal; a calculation part 13 for calculating a mutual correlation value between the first acoustic signal and the second acoustic signal; a determination part 14 for determining whether or not the throat sound is the deglutition sound, based on the mutual correlation value; and an output part 16 for outputting the determination result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
